The God Of My Salvation

“The God Of My Salvation” - Micah 7:7-8

Currently, there’s been lots of rejoicing by “Palestinians” over the massacre of Israelites and Europeans in Israel. God will hold those responsible for the slaughter of human life, the slaughter of innocent children, and kidnapping of the same. God will also hold accountable Israel’s enemies who rejoice over this wickedness in the streets of America, Australia, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, England, etc.

It will only get worse for Israel, until the Lord Jesus Christ returns to pardon Israel’s own iniquity, and when he turns again, he will have compassion upon Israel, he will subdue their iniquities, and cast all their sins in the depths of the sea, because God delights in mercy, and he will not retain his anger toward Israel forever.

It could get worse for the church before the appearing of Lord Jesus Christ in our “blessed hope” rapture/resurrection. Until he comes, we can have hope in looking and waiting for the “God of our salvation” by putting on our helmet, “the hope of salvation.” We might fall along the way, but Jesus Christ and his word will be our strength to arise. We might have times of doubt and darkness, but Jesus Christ and his word will be our light.

Until the day of Christ, when he, the Light, will bring us forth unto his glorious light, and we shall behold his righteousness in glory and the “righteousness of the saints,” then it will be revealed that it was worth every mile of the way and worth every moment of the wait.
