When we find instruction we find the answers to life, we find life itself contained within the pages of God’s words (8:35).

Proverbs 4:13 says, “Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is thy life.” The Bible is our instruction manual for life. Without instruction there is no life.

When we receive instruction, we receive wisdom and understanding (8:14), and then we are “blessed” with God’s favour. God has given to all men the opportunity to read his instruction manual for life, but many “refuse” to read it or refuse to believe it.

May our daily desire be to hear, watch, and wait for instruction that we may be blessed by its wisdom.
